System crafting for tetra or other

Hi all,

I just want know if after +9 I can craft +10 with 2 +9 items?
And I want know if I can make that for a tetra ring I need ring or bracelet for craft it?

as far as i knwo nothing can eb done like that, but i know that for set items u can only +10-+10-+12 them with aginpowders and nrml equips with agingpowders and if ure rlly lucky with met upgrading

U can test upgrading with mets even if your items is lvl max?
